Project summary
The Oud-Rochdale project runs from 2023 to 2025. Oud-Rochdale is a district in Alkmaar that has existed for over 100 years. Due to the ageing homes, there are significant sustainability improvements to be made. Woonwaard manages 15 000 (social) homes in the municipalities of Alkmaar and Dijk en Waard. In collaboration with CompoFloor, WARP Systems was commissioned to provide 304 homes with a new floor structure and SpeeTile10 underfloor heating. We have now completed 100 % of the project.
