Project summary
We captured these beautiful reference photos at a client’s commercial building in Nieuwkoop, where they self-installed 70m² of SpeeTile10 wall heating. The client was already familiar with underfloor heating and cooling from using WARP Systems at home. After consulting an installation company, they chose wall heating as the main heating solution for their office.
The 100m² building serves as office space and storage. The first-floor office was fitted with 70m² of SpeeTile10 wall heating. Because the office floor was installed later, the client opted for wall heating as the primary heating system. The wall heating is connected to a 3 kW Vaillant heat pump, which required drilling 110 m into the ground. A key benefit of low-temperature wall heating paired with a heat pump is that it can also provide cooling in summer.
This client is already very satisfied with their underfloor heating and cooling at home and is eager to see the results of the wall heating in their new office.
