Project summary

This project in Medemblik showcases the versatility of WARP Systems underfloor heating solutions across a total of 203m²:

Ground floor
Dining room, kitchen & bathroom: 93m² of SpeeTile12 system installed on XPS panels, ready to be poured by the client with a sand-cement screed.
Hall & living room: Existing floor replaced with the Compofloor system, topped with 43m² of SpeeTile10 system and finished with SpeeTop levelling mortar.

First floor
38m² of SpeeTile10 system installed in various rooms and poured with SpeeTop levelling mortar.

Attic floor
Due to an unstable subfloor, 29m² of SpeeTherm15 system was installed.
Zone control allows each space to be regulated independently
