WARP Systems has expanded its underfloor heating range with a revolutionary new system: EVO.

This underfloor heating system has been specially developed to meet the growing demand for innovative, fast, sustainable and comfortable heating solutions for new-build projects. With EVO, WARP Systems introduces a thinner, more efficient and more flexible underfloor heating solution that perfectly meets the Building Regulations requirements for modern homes and projects.

What makes EVO unique?

EVO stands out by combining a flexible underfloor heating pipe with the use of wire mesh mats. The SpeeTube15, the newest pipe in the WARP Systems range, has a diameter of Ø15mm×1.5mm and is thinner and lighter than traditional underfloor heating pipes. Compared with traditional pipes (16mm×2mm and 18mm×2mm), the SpeeTube15 saves 28% in material and weight, which positively contributes to the system’s life cycle. Thanks to the flexible pipe and a pipe spacing of 100mm, the installation process is much faster and easier. EVO can be finished with standard materials such as sand-cement or anhydrite, from a minimum screed thickness of 40mm.

1. New Ø15mm heating pipe

Part of the EVO system is the SpeeTube15 underfloor heating pipe. At Ø15mmx1.5mm it uses at least 28% less material compared with traditional underfloor heating pipes and is also 28% lighter in weight.

2. Faster installation

Thanks to the flexible SpeeTube15 and wire mesh mats with a mesh size of 10cm, EVO can be installed more quickly. Its lower weight per roll makes handling more efficient and convenient.

3. Faster heat transfer

A thinner wall thickness of 1.5mm instead of 2mm transfers heat to the surface more rapidly. This creates a comfortable indoor climate and contributes to energy-efficient heating. The 10mm pipe spacing also ensures even heat distribution without cold spots.

4. Sustainability
